Trying to find compatible circuit breaker for Crouse Hinds panel

I want to install a new 220V, 20A receptacle in the garage. Our panel is a old one (Crouse Hinds, Model: JA112CW) and it takes breakers with bunny ears (of type MP, MM, EP or Bryant BRD). I could not find them in any local stores. The closest one is made by Connecticut Electric for Challenger panels, which is type MH Type A.

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Connecti...A220/100158783

Is MH Type A compatible and safe to use with my panel? All the existing breakers say CTL Type MH/MM.

Thank you in advance!

For a 240 volt load you need more than that tandem breaker. Through some buy-outs Crouse-Hinds is now Murray.
From this you see that your old panel JA112CW was replaced with JA1224B1100FEC https://w3.usa.siemens.com/us/intern...rray/03_22.pdf

You should use a Murray MP breaker - https://www.homedepot.com/p/Murray-2...220U/202315523
