Wiring a house dual 110 & 220

I am planning on moving from the USA back to Ireland. Everything I own works off 110. In building an extension to a house in Ireland, I would like to dual wire, 110 & 220. Is this some that is realistic/practical ?

Thanks for your help with this.

Welcome to the forums.

Unfortunately there is no way to be dual wiring. There is no 120vac there.
In Ireland the standard voltage is 230vac and the frequency is 50 Hz.

You either need to replace the appliances or use a drop down convertor.
