16 gauge stranded For 20 ground

16 gauge stranded green colored 16 gauge AWM wire. May of came from Automotive days. Can I use for ground on a 20 Amp circuit? Also says oil and gas resistance. Or MTW?

Nope. Full sized ground is required up through 30A circuits, so 20A circuit needs #12 ground.
