Adding bathroom fan, changing single to double switch
Hi all--I would appreciate any input to make sure I have the right idea with how to add a bathroom fan to the circuit pictured below. Hopefully my diagram lends more clarity than confusion. Any feedback on how to do things better is of course welcome. Thanks for any input, and let me know if I can answer any questions or clarify anything.

Welcome to the forums.
Since you have the wall already opened.... you would replace that box with a two gang box.
Extra room for more wiring and two normal switches can be used.
However..... that looks like aluminum wiring and I'm guessing some type of AMP conversion
product for attaching copper to aluminum wiring. This needs to be confirmed.

I would suggest the King Alumi-cons . The crimp needs to be done by a certified person. The tools are only leased to trained people.

Alumiconn is great except that it takes quiet a lot of space. You will have to get a deep 2 gang junction box. There won't be enough room in the junction box you have right now even if you are just using double switches.
