Is this wire safe to use?

The last 100' of the spool seem to have bulges every couple of feet in the insulation jacket and the conductors don't seem to run parallel with each other
Is it safe?
Thank you

Is it ok or safe to use..... probably.
Would I use it..... no. Best to not risk a problem.
I see problems on rolls and in boxes all the time. Take it back to where it was purchased.

Definitely ok for pigtails as you can actually see the insulation of the wire.

That is poor quality control where the individual wires twisted while the cable was wrapped. More annoying than anything else.
