Hooking up smart home light switch
Hi I'm trying to set up a smart home light switch and it requires a neutral wire. Firstly, I'm not sure how to identify which wire is load and which is live on my current light switch. I've attached photos of my current setup below.

Original setup 2
If anyone can tell me if the clump of white wires in the back are neutral I can maybe figure it out from there but more help figuring out which wire is which on the switch is appreciated.
Here's the link to the switch I ordered
New switch Amazon link
There is a schematic if you scroll down a bit on the page
Thanks so much in advance!

The white wirenut wires are the neutrals. The wire that is looped on the switch terminal is the incoming hot. A multimeter can confirm what stays hot on each side of the switch when switch is flipped.

Welcome to the forums.
The connection colors match. Black is line and red is load. You'll need to remove the loop from the switch and cut it since you'll need to connect the wire from the dimmer there.
