Covering electrical panels to prevent access
I need to find a solution to keep hands out of an area in my building. I have a corner which one side is cinderblock and the other side is paneling. On the cinderblock side is my electrical panel and to its right on the panel wall is my phone and internet cabling. I want to hide all of this in a pleasing manner so I can open up this room for people to come in. Suggestions on what might work or look good and is safe? See attached photo, please note that I don't have the breaker panel put back on this but I do have it to replace. Wires hanging out are disconnected.

Yep, make a utility closet out of it. If it were all on one wall it would be easy to just build it out like 10"...but as it looks, you need to come out to about where the grey rack is.

Attaching framing to concrete can be done many ways. You can use construction adhesive, powder actuated nail gun (Hilti, Ramset, etc) A hammer drill and concrete screws or anchors

I don't let anyone back there right now. I have some electrical issues we have been working through so the panel goes on and off regularly. Main goal is to keep hands from opening it.

Thoughts on building half a wall? Basically just frame up half of it so it lives on the wall as opposed to attached to the floor. I could use a couple pieces of paneling or hardboard I just don't know what could be used to make the corner look good.

Is this a commercial space? A lot of times I have see walls framed up with drywall installed. Then the drywall is just painted to seal it. Not fancy but looks OK.
Also, in commercial they normally use steel studs which are fairly easy to install.
