Exclamation Diagram for 4 outlets running in parallel

I just tried to add a 4 gang electrical outlet box next to my electric panel. I thought I had it wired correctly but once I flipped the switch on the panel I got a big spark at the 3 outlet in so I shut it back off!

I need to turn my panel back on so i'm hoping someone could tell me what I did wrong.

MORE INFO:

The power source ( panel) comes in from the right.

The wire on the left is leaving the box so there is only one hot wire coming in.

I have not broken and tabs on the receptacles.

OK, so apparently the ground hit the white wires on the side of the 3rd receptical! I didn't notice because I was working in a dark area.

Another question is, what do I do with the ground wires when dealing with a plastic gang box?? Do I just tie the two coming into the box together and forfeit connecting them to the recepticales?

Each receptacle must be grounded with the incoming ground wire.

Where does the cable on the left go? Is it connected to anything? How are ends of the wires in this cable protected?

OK, so I should pigtail off the grounds that go into the box to each receptical?

Cable on the left goes to my ceiling can lights and loops back to a switch.
