Adding wire for future???

My son wants to finish his basement ceiling. Before he does, we talked about his future electrical needs for a possible: pool, hot tub, and or an unattached garage, or shed. I suggested running 1 1/2" plastic conduit above the ceiling, so he will have it there if he needs to get a wire thru the basement. My question is: to cover all the above possibilities is a 6/4 with ground, heavy enough for this? (about 100' run inside plus whatever outside) Or would it be better to run underground cable outside? (maybe more of 130') I believe the new hot tubs require a 60 amp. breaker.

Cable can not be used for a hot tub because you must have an insulated ground.

Cable can be used inside but needs to transition to an insulated ground outside. You could run cable to a junction box on the side of the house and then convert to conduit and separate conductors.
