Which one, one of 5 wires
How to connect?
There is a receiver upstairs.
Wires come from left.
3 white, 1 red's HOT and 4 white go to the left,
then they leave and go up for receptacle
4 white goes up and 2 red goes up.

Welcome to the forums.
I see four wires ??? Your wiring description is very unclear. Direction means nothing.
The two white wires are neutral and are combined and carried thru.
#1 red is your hot wire.
#2 red is your switched out or load wire.
1 and 2 would go directly on a standard switch.
What is it you want to install ?

I would like to get a running power/juice on wires number 4 - red and wire number 3 - white
they go upstairs to another receptacle.
I am afraid that if I connect red wires number 1 and 4 there will be shortcut..
I am not electrician… I do other business better than that

If #1 and #4 were on the switch, there will not be a short.
Technically, all white wires should be neutral when individual wires are run in a conduit. But, sometimes this is ignored.
#2 appears it was under a screw terminal before. Was this a receptacle?
Without knowing what goes where, direction and color doesn't mean much.

Before, some time ago, It was light switch here - nothing special, just light switch ON/OFF - built into a wall here. Switch was removed.
Everything was taped/covered.. not used... period.
Switch is not needed, and will not be needed.
But I do need power/juice upstairs...
Before that switch was disconnected, some time ago, I had a juice upstairs. ..Used once per blue moon.
Now,.. I do need that juice back. Blue moon is coming
