Building a generator

I am building a generator and have a choice of two generators. I don`t know which will give me the most power.
#1 three phase ac, .6 volts per rpm, 1200 rpm continuous , stator 620 watts.
# 2 12 volt dc, 750 rpm, 60 volts, 10 amps.
Any help will be welcome.

Welcome to the forums.

Building a generator ? What does that mean ?
What is the voltage you need as that determines what you design.
Three phase AC is very different to DC.

Sounds like a school homework question.

Let me rephrase the question.
If the power from the 3 phase generator was converted to dc, how would they compare ?
