re-use underfloor heating?

We have some existing underfloor heating in a kitchen (tile on top).
We need to remodel and want to break up the tile as well.
Is it possible to save the underfloor heating to use elsewhere or not? It's probably encased in grout.

I can't imagine how you could get it out without ruining the cable. The cables are supposed to be fully embedded in mortar or cement prior to laying the tile, so you'd need dental picks, a tack hammer and about a dozen years to remove it intact.
