Running 2-2-2-4 Wire to Shed

I am look to run a 2-2-2-4 Aluminum SER wire out to my shed. I wanted to put an electrical brewing system out there that runs off 50 amp plus I wanted plenty of extra power for various other tasks. With this wire I was hoping to get 80 or so amps. I have run wire before to sub panels but never over head and outside. The total run is about 125', about 75' is outdoors where I am going to run a stainless cable from my brick out to the hardy shed I built. I guess my basic question is am I on the right track.

Thanks
Ness

You should not run SER for an overhead application. You should use aerial overhead service drop wire. Plus you need to meet height and clearance distances.
