Flexible Conduit fill

I'm about to install a generator transfer panel with 10 circuits, Reliant model 310A. I had planned to use only 8 circuits, but the generator transfer panel instruction state that any multi wire branch circuits must have both hots switched therefor I need all 10 switches due to the house wiring. It came with 1 inch aluminum flex conduit and the wire bundle seems a bit snug. There are 4ea 10 gauge wires and 17 ea. 12 gauge wires in the conduit. Should I change out to a larger conduit ? Conduit is 12 inches in length.
Thanks

Conduits less than 24" in length you can completely fill so long as the wires are not damaged. Conduits greater than 24" are limited to 40% fill.
