Lights Won’t Turn Off

I switched out my kitchen ceiling lights for led lights. I have black to black, white to white and ground. The lights will not go off with the switch now. There are multiple white and black wires but they are all together. I swapped the switches out for new ones. The lights will still not go off. The switches and light worked perfectly before I replaced them. Any help would be appreciated.

All blacks shouldn't be together. Black of power in to one side of the switch and black of to the light to the other side.

If you have more than two blacks than those blacks that go to other loads (not the one to the light) are connected to power in and pigtailed to one side of the switch.

To clarify because I didn’t say: the multiple wires are in the ceiling. There’s a bundle of white and a bundle of black with one lone black wire.

Connect the light to the bundle of white and one lone black.

Hi, just connect the new fixture to the conductors the old one connected to.
