Head type for Leviton Decora switch mounting screws

I installed some Leviton Decora switches and outlets this weekend. In the past I've usually driven the mounting screws with a Philips bit in my drill.
I had a problem with the screws on the switches. The bit would just slip.
I used a #2 pozidriv screwdriver and it seemed to work better.
What type of head do these screws have?

That will take square bit (I think it was #1) or flat head. Phillips will work to some degree, but doesn't have a good grip.

Milwaukee ECX bit will fit perfect on that screw. It combines square bit and flat head in one for best fitment.
