230v AC to 12V DC, workshop bench equipment

Hello All!

I am in need of some advice if you guys have the time! I am custom building a workshop bench and I'm making a hand wash and parts wash area. I need to power 2 12v dc pumps, LED lighting, USB sockets, rocker switches with LED,s etc, how would I run all of this off of 1 13amp 230v AC Uk socket? Would I just need a transformer powerful enough and a fuse block ?
Thank for any advice and your time!
