Another circuit-to-shed question

I have a spare 20a breaker in my main house box. I would like to run a cable from the breaker to an outside jct outlet box and continue that to my shed 60ft away. When I get to the shed, i would like to have 2 jct boxes, one for a feed to an underground sump pump near the shed, the other to a combo plug/light switch (prob never use more than 15a).

Can I do this with a 12/2 feed to the outside box, then a 12/2 UF wire to the shed? Bury 18" deep? Would a single GFI outlet at the outside box suffice for ground fault?

What is the amp requirement of the sump pump? If 120V, 20A the bury depth is 12" provided the circuit is fed from a GFCI outlet or breaker back at the house.
