Disconnect for pool heat pump

We are installing a heat pump for our pool. The one chosen requires a 50 amp circuit.
I can't find a non fused disconnect in 50 amp. Should I upgrade the breaker and wiring and go to 60 amp, or could I use a 60 amp disconnect on a circuit with a 50 amp braker??
Thanks!!!

The number on the package is the maximum current it can handle. You are OK to use it on a lower amperage circuit (it's OK to have a 60 amp rated disconnect on a 40 amp circuit).

The heat pump manufacturer requires 50 amp breaker and 8 wire. I am doing a 35 ft run. Should I go to 6 wire, or should I stay with 8??

35 feet is a short run. There is no need to go larger for distance.
