3/4 knockout size is 1.109 inches. You can use a 1 1/8 if you don't have the actual knockout punch, which for greenlee is 1.12 inches.

Greenlee makes punches for all sorts of needs, so it's important to define the exact hole size needed.

The original Greenlee #123AV (replaced with #K3P-3/4) will punch a 3/4" conduit knockout hole measuring 1.115".

If you want an exact 3/4" hole for a panel front mounted device a Greenlee 730-BB-3/4 is what is needed to punch or knockout a hole measuring 0.750"

The rule of thumb is sizes 1/2" - 1" you add 3/8" to the trade size to get the KO size. (EX: 1/2" = 7/8" hole, 3/4" = 1 1/8" hole, 1" = 1 3/8" hole) After that you add 1/2" to the trade size to get the KO size up to 2 1/2".
