where to find this switch?

I have 2 heated seat covers from amazon that plug into the cig light adapter.
I'd like to replace the control on it to a simpler design.
Currently its looks the pic below. ( kidn of complicated for a 4 yo)

I'd like to cut it out and plice in a simpler control that is just HI, Med , Lo and off or Just hi , lo and off

like the one in this link or simpler for a 4 yo to control( tired of reaching back to set it for the kid

https://www.ebay.com/itm/254000628641?var=553331716596

having a heck of a time to find that switch only. No idea what to call it to order in amazon.

Any help to fidn the switch /name? Not looking to make the seated seats permanent or with a flush switch or T taps.

I really don't see an issue with those controls.
You may be able to splice them into one cigarette lighter plug.

They have a built in timer to keep from killing the battery.

The wattage and voltage rating of a switch must be equal/greater than the wattage rating of the seat cover(s).

Me neither

I don't see a wattage rating on the listing but most cigarette lighter ports are rated at 10A or 120W @ 12VDC.

PS: I really hate the design of most cigarette ports and plugs they don't really made a good connection no matter what and that is probably why most are fused a 10A
