DW998 Hammer Drill

Hi Guys,
This the first time have used this site so not sure if in the right place ??. Had to clean the inside of my hammer drill the other day and after cleaning a spring came out ( 144658-00 spring ). Managed to track it, and it is from The Shifter switch ?? Have been trying to look at exploded diagrams and look for videos, but can't seem to find anything to help ... Know where the shifter switch is and just need some help in placing back in place ..
Thanks

Part #10 looks like it sits in an indentation on the shifter switch itself.

Welcome to the forums.

It looks like the spring just sits in an indentation on the back of the slide switch.
Hard to be of more help but I can't find any views of the back of the slide switch.
