Good cheap laminate trimmer?

I'll most likely only use it this one time to replace some old laminate sheeting on a counter in the basement. What's a good cheap laminate trimmer? I'd rather not spend a lot, but from the looks I'm going to have to spend close to $100 or so?

Then what bit do you need to finish off the laminate edges?

Thanks

Do you have a router, They have blades for routers. Here is one from harbor freight.

Make sure it has a blade with it.

No, I don't have a router. Is that one good? It looks rather cheap. Do you think it would get the job done?
