Combination switch for power tools

How can I setup a combination switch like they have in Home Depot to unlock their panel saw to cut wood for customers?

I want to keep my kids from turning on the equipment when I’m not there.

Any help appreciated.

At the depot..... they use a low voltage keypad to activate a contactor to turn on the power to the equipment.
I'm not aware of anything like that on the shelf but it would certainly be easy enough to build.
A keyswitch would also work.
