Automotive vacuum pump

I've searched without much luck. One tool I've never had, now I need one. I need to check for vaccum leaks on my Dodge 1500 Hemi.
I've had a P0455 code for 100 years on this thing & it's time I find it. No, its not a big deal but I am tired of the odometer reading gASCAP..... yep... gASCAP. I thought it was telling me to pay artist fees for playing music. (OK, bad joke there)
So, I am working on tracing down the leak. I need to pull a vaccum on the vaccum lines to rule things out to find the problem.

So, I need a thingy to pull a vaccum with. All I can find is a vaccum tester which you hook to a line & it tells you how much vaccum the system is pulling. Nope, not what I need.
The other thing I am finding is a system to pull a vaccum on an AC system. Nope, dont need that either. I need a thingy to pull a vaccum on the system & see if it holds. Just a simple hand operated tool. I eventually found this.......... But $55??? I hope not.

Anybody with any suggestions?

Yes..... that's what you need. I bought the Snap On version and it was over $100.

Harbor Freight has a less costlier version.... MityVac
