MyVirtualMontoring and VM101
I have a Vista 20p with a VM101 BAT and have been using MyVirtualMonitoring for years. It appears that MyVirtualMonitoring has completely disappeared from existence. I need a new monitoring company. Can anyone else interface with the VM101 or do I need a different broadband alarm transmitter to work with different monitoring services?

Unless another company bought MyVirtualMonitoring's assets, and is supporting the hardware, you will need to change over.
I've seen a number of people using a similar product from IPdatatel, that may be a fairly straight swap for what you have:
Home - ipDatatel
Otherwise, there's Envisalink, which is fairly popular.

Thanks for the reply MrRonFL.
I now see that MyVirtualMonitoring simply rebranded the ipDataTel ethernet BAT device and sold it as their VM101. It even says ipDataTel on it.
So where can I find monitoring services that support the ipDataTel device?

We've had lots of people come over to us saying MyVirtualMonitoring emailed awhile back that the support of their device was having issues and they would be in touch with a fix and then all of a sudden, the company disappeared. It certainly seems like they went out of business and as MrRonFL said, no one else supports that adapter.
If you have a 20P, you could use the Honeywell/AlarmNet 7847i communicator if you wanted central station and/or Total Connect 2.0 service. Total Connect 2.0 is Honeywell's website/mobile app that allows you to control your 20P remotely and setup text/email alerts.
