DAS NX16 Need Help

DAS NX16 need help:
I can not get to program entry/exit delay 1 in DAS NX16 alarm system.
By default the settings are entry delay1 set to 30s and exit delay1 set to 60s.
I want the entry delay 1 to be programmed to 45s and exit delay 1 to 45s as well.
Thanks

Assuming that you have the installer code and can access programming; what keystrokes are you trying to use?

Yes I do have the installer code and the master code as well?
Do I need to go to feature 17 Area1-entry/exit timers, or to the feature 25-system timers.

That would be feature 17. The first segment is entry 1; the second segment is exit 1; the third is entry 2; and the fourth is exit 2.

Yes. If you aren't changing any of the other segments, you just press * until you exit the section (essentially accepting the existing data); then you exit programming.
