Question Panel to control electronic lock exit

All, I am looking for guidance on how to wire a DSC Neo 2064 panel so that it triggers an exit command on an electronic lock. The lock is self powered and controlled, but the board has a screw down terminal for a push button which triggers the lock to release. I would like to use a command on the alarm itself to trigger that open command (basically a closed loop). The panel has 4 PGM output but they supply voltage on command and I'm not sure that is what I need. Guidance is appreciated.

Close, but in this case, you need a clean "dry contact" to trigger your door controller. You would need to use the PGM output to drive a relay to switch your door mechanism.
