Wireless Motion Sensor Pet Immune
Can someone suggest a wireless pet immune motion detector that will work with NX8v2/148E-RF?
Also, can you provide the steps in detail on how to program it to my alarm system?
Thank you.

Wireless devices are generally brand specific:

Manual for keypad/receiver: https://static.interlogix.com/librar...%20REV%20F.pdf
The programming is similar
*8 {installer code)
[keypad #]
400#
[zone number] *
Trip device by taking back plate off to trip tamper - you should get ding-dong.
Exit programming
Then go back into regular system programming and set your zone type.

If you select either zone type 5 (Interior follower with auto bypass) or zone type 4 (Follower with auto bypass disabled); the motion delays the same as the entry/exit door(s).

It doesn't work that way. The delay follows the entry/exit zone timers, but _only_ if the entry/exit zone is opened and closed. If motion is detected without the entry/exit zone being breached, the motion will instant alarm.
You could even set the motion to act like an actual entry/exit zone (not recommended, for a number of reasons).
What part of the programming steps do you need coaching for? If you have already added devices, you should have the fundamentals down.

This is what I know how to do-
*8 installer code
192#
400#
(for zone 30)
30* then trip the transmitter to hear ding dong.
After this is where I get confused where I program the delay.
"If you select either zone type 5 (Interior follower with auto bypass) or zone type 4 (Follower with auto bypass disabled); the motion delays the same as the entry/exit door(s)."

You still need to do the actual zone programming:
After you exit the wireless programming:
*8 [installer code]
0# (system programming)
31# (zone type for zones 25-32) What is initially displayed is the setting for zone 25.
press * _4_ times to move to the setting for zone 30
enter 5*, then press * two more times.
Pres [exit] until you are out of programming.
If you followed the steps, correctly, the motion will now be configured as an interior follower with auto bypass enabled.

Okay, followed the steps, motion detector connected, but I tried it on both "exit" and pressing "stay" once and both times there was no delay, sirens blasted immediately. I am looking for a delay to work with the motion detector. I have a delay on my back door, so I want a delay similar to that. Thanks
Is there a way for it to be activated only when arming with "exit" and not be activated in stay or stay stay?

I miscounted. That should have been _5_ * presses to get to the zone 30 setting. Something easy enough to check. Remember there are 8 segments i the programming section, and you are starting with the data for zone 25 showing.
This is why we encourage you to use the installer manual reference, because you really can't do this stuff by rote.

Can you put it in long form with all the steps please? Also, will there be a delay in both stay and stay stay mode? Even if I need to do a delay in all settings, that would be okay. When I programmed it, I went to zone 30, it's showing zone 30 when I activate the motion detector.
Thanks

The steps I gave you before are the exact same as previously posted, just go location 31, and press * FIVE times instead of four times.
The description of how the zone type works is on page 30 of the installer manual. If you select stay mode, the motion detector is automatically disabled.
If you want the motion active in all arming modes, select enter "4" for the zone type, instead of "5".

No, all you are changing is the zone type.
If you remember what the setting for zone 29 was, you might want to change it back (if it was a door/window) it would have been zone type "6".
