DSC Neo Alarm - Ethernet Trouble
DSC Alarm LED panel model showing Ethernet Trouble and beeping. I can clear the beep but cant get rid of the flashing warning sign. How can I rectify this? I also can't connect from my mobile phone

Welcome to the forums.
I'm not familiar with that exact system but I see it uses an optional network communicator. As far as I can tell that communicator board is mounted inside with the panel. You can check that board for network activity. You could unplug the network plug from the board and plug it into a laptop to test it for connectivity.
This module needs to have a static IP reserved in the router and ports opened to that IP. If you've changed the router..... it will need to be reprogrammed for the alarm.

Welcome to the forum.
I'm guessing you cleared the beeping by doing a *2 to view troubles then # to exit.
On your phone, what app are you using to access the panel?
Was this system installed by an alarm company or yourself?
I have a DSC Neo at home currently with the Alarm.com module, but previously self monitored with the TL280 and the NeoGO app.
