GE Concord Express keypad broken key replacement

My "1" key on the GE Concord Express keypad finally died from too much pressing.
(1) is there a way to replace the key?
(2) if not, is there a way to replace the keypad?
(3) if not, how do I replace the whole Concord Express unit?
Thanks!

Welcome to the forums.

They appear to use several different models.
Is it this one......

The keys are essentially a single sheet of molded silicon, so if the individual key fails, you have to replace the whole assembly.

Any of the following are compatible:
SuperBus 2000 2x16 LCD Touchpad (60-746-01),*
SuperBus 2000 Fixed Display Touchpad (60-820),
SuperBus 2000 2x20 LCD Touchpad (60-803),*
SuperBus 2000 2x20 VFD Touchpad (60-804)*
There is a newer model FTP-100 (600-1020) that is also compatible.

I recommend going with one of the programming model keypads. (MARKED WITH A *)

The problem with Concords, is that they internally supervise the keypad serial number; and if you replace it; you will need programming access to delete the old device from the system.
