Next steps for ground floor room

This is ground hobby/laundry room in a three story townhouse build in 2011. New York City area.

I have installed this storm door about a week ago and I think I can already feel an improvement. Just adjusted the storm door to get it shut a bit tighter. I see that I can improve door threshold insulation - at the moment I have a sweeping-style piece of rubber on the button of the door and this seem to not be enough, looks like some softer more foam-ish threshold is needed. Will see what's available at the hardware store.

What else can I do here? What shall I focus on - the window, the door or the tile floor since the edge of the room seem to be cold?

Should I add second window as an extra layer?
How DIY is that - can I order a window to fit this drywall frame?

I do not need this window as a source of light in winter but probably want to keep it as a window in summer so not ready to cover it with sheet rock yet.

Would it help if I put any insulation material on the tile floor along the edge of the room. Carpet? Rug? Cork sheet? Any foam sheet?
