Filler for stonework?
In the pic you can see there was originally cement around the stone and then someone apparently put in some sort of white filler that has fallen out. What could I put in there to fill that crevice?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Anywhere there is a transition between two materials like that you want a flexible caulking material. Pull out all the old and loose stuff first, and then scrape and paint the wood. If there are areas wider than 1/4 or so, push in a piece of foam backer rod (sold in the weather stripping aisle at home centers) and then caulk with a good quality exterior caulk. For use with masonry and wood I prefer polyurethane caulk.
