Aluminum Siding install repair????
Can I take down a small damage section of Aluminum siding all in that section and keep inside Aluminum comer and outside corner Aluminum also Aluminum j around window and install new 6” vinyl to match house using aluminum existing accessories

Please post a picture so we can see what your seeing.
Sound like a horrible idea to me for several reasons.
Vinyl siding uses 5/8 J molding, aluminum most often uses 1/2".
It's near impossable to remove a piece of aluminum siding without damaging it.
Found a local source for 6" smooth vinyl siding?

Im not sure the vinyl will fit. Aluminum siding is often very slim... vinyl is most often a little thicker.
Why not go back with steel siding?

Why are you removing the old siding? part of a new window install? something else?
