Locating someone to build a stone or concrete fence.
I live near Tampa, Florida. Do you know who does those jobs and what's the price? Is it something easy to do by myself?

Welcome to the forums!
That looks like a block wall with a rock veneer. You start out with a footer reninforced with rebar with the block mortared to it. If you want to hire it out - look for a mason.
I forgot to ad that you don't see much stone work in fla because generally the rocks have to be shipped in ..... that might make the job get pricey in a hurry
