Wood fencing caving/leaning down, need suggestions on how to fix!

Hey all,

The shared fence between my neighbour and I almost ready to fall over. Every time it rains, it gets worse (guessing b/c of the soil). Any suggestions on the best way to fix?

Would pushing it back up and pouring cement by the posts work? Or trying to add stabilizers?

Here are some pictures..having trouble uploading them..I put them on imgur (hope I'm not breaking any rules)

Joys of a new property!

Thanks

Most likely cause is the post where not set deep enough.
In your case, set below the frost line.
It also looks like that tree was planted way to close to the fence.

Looks like classic case of rotted posts to me. Have you dug out around the posts to see whats happening?

You need to reduce the size of your images. http://www.doityourself.com/forum/li...rt-images.html
