Problems with auger motor in pellet stove

Hello,
I have a 8 kW stove pelet,
The auger motor is not always un the right direction, It runs for quite a while and sometimes It makes a big noise and It reverses. It is a 2 rpm made buenos fengtech.

Could someone help me to know what is the problem?
Thank you

Welcome to the forums from Spain.

This is primarily a North American based site. That pellet stove isn't even sold in this country. That means there isn't too much help we can give you. I do know that those stoves use a synchronous type motor into a gearbox. There isn't anything to service and it's changed as a unit.

If the stove has a variable speed auger feed....... then it could be an electronics problem.
If it's just on or off...... then the motor just runs on 230v. That you could check for.
