Removing tile floor and cement board from subfloor

I am demo'ing my bathroom. I have tile / some type of cement board and then wooden sub floor.

Can I pry the tile and cement board off the wooden subfloor with a crow bar?

How do i remove the thinset from the wooden subfloor? And specific tools needed?

Thanks!

I usually use either an SDS chisel or a slammer bar.

Will the sds chisel connected to a hammer drill chip up the wooden subfloor? I've read getting that thinset off is a pain in the a$$,

IF you dig too deep, it sure will. If you keep it at an angle it should remove it in good order. I just ordered a couple of wide blades for mine. We had to remove thinset from a concrete floor prior to laying flooring.
