Measurement for drywall and metal studs

I'm going to put up some metal stud walls 24oc for 5/8 drywall.
as I understand it with metal studs for inside corners you slide the drywall into the framing track.
Doesn't this put the frame measurement off by 1.5 inches since you're not arriving the drywall halfway on the stud?

You are the one laying it out, so if it's off, I know whose fault it will be. You start your layout from the inside far end of the bottom plate, then the next stud is 23 1/4" on center, the rest are 24" on center from there.

Aha. I didn't know the first stud had a different OC measurement. Thanks.
