Repair kitchen plywood furniture

Member is in Spain.

Hello, I have this typical plywood kitchen furniture, being unused in a warehouse the borders got inflated with humidity, do yo think it is worth it to repair them? I thought of stripping out the border cover, sand it and cover it again but as the inflation can be in all directions I don't really know if it is worth the effort.

What do you think?

It is probably not plywood. They are probably made of particle board. I would not bother trying to repair them. Just use them as storage shelves.

Plywood doesn't usually swell much but particle board sure does
I'd either use them as is or replace them. Stuff made out of PB is rarely worth repairing.
