Lane Rocker Recliner issues

I have a new lane recliner that is acting weird. When I first got it, the leg prop would come out on its own after you started it. Then last night I heard a small pop on left side. Then the chair would lift a little on right side when you put leg prop down but everything was still smooth and working. Today I heard a small pop on right side. Chair now doesn't lift on one side when putting prop down. Now chair stays rocked back, but will rock forward with pressure. Leg prop now goes in on its own if you start it, but you have to lever it all the way out now. Also, it now will rock easy with leg prop out and you can recline back with leg prop in. Any ideas? It's almost like it's working in reverse now.

I may have to but it was shipped and getting it packed back up to return is another headache so am hoping it's just something small I can figure out.

They should send someone to pick it up. At their expense and trouble!

I'm thinking. Furniture stores usually send someone out to repair, at least. Have you called them?
