What's recommended as moisture barrier ?

I built a nice bathroom vanity, using 3/4 Grade A-2 plywood and spent a lot of time finishing the outside.... I really want to now just apply the simplest "solution" to protect the inside of the cabinet.... so wonder if I could just apply some sort of sealer / primer and that's it.
Don't really need to paint / stain as I find the current , inner finish acceptable ...just need to protect the material from the obvious high humidity of the bathroom.

what would you recommend ?

thank you
