I'm working on a project with two matching barstools. Matching, except one of the two has a missing rung where the feet go.

​​I am so sorry, can't figure out how to add pictures. The addresses are all as pictures but with instead of stars it's "ibb . co" with no quotes or spaces. Happy to add photos the right way if I can figure it out.

Any advice on what I could do in terms of design and function would be so helpful. I've thought about options with wood, PVC, etc. I want them to match as well as be functional. Part of the problem is I can't figure out how to get the one off from the chair that still has it attached, so covering it up may be the best option. It doesn't have to be perfect, but if I could make them fairly marching and functional, that would be ideal. Thanks everyone!
