Hi Folks,
I have a small project for the wife involving crown molding in a few rooms. As far as tools, I have a 16 Gauge Finish Air Nailer that should work fine, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what I should use to measure and cut the corners? My miter saw is fried, so for this project, I'll need to either get a new saw, or find something that will just work for this basic job. I don't mind using a manual saw. I'm trying to not break the bank here. Last time I tried this, my measuring skill were terrible, and the corners came out really bad. I'd like to try an accomplish this by making real corners instead of getting the premade ones. Any ideas?
Thank you in advance for the help.

I'm attempting to re-stain 3 of my base kitchen cabinets. These cabinets were for an island that we are now Removing and reusing these for a new wall. The existing remaining cabinets are all light brown (honey) and we're trying to restain the island cabinets which are dark brown to match the honey color. We only need to stain the cabinet frames since we ordered the honey colored door/drawer fronts from the manufacturer. With the order the manufacturer also sent a small can of three honey color stain. So how do I go about removing the existing dark brown stain on the cabinets then staining them with the new honey color? What is the process and what tools(Sanders,etc..) would I be able to use?
