Murantec m4500 garage door opener problem

I had both springs break on my two car door. I replaced the springs and the tension is perfect.. I can lift this 400 lb door with one finger, it will stay in place and goes smooth all the way from top to bottom.

The garage door opener will not close all the way, it goes 7/8 down and then reverses, light flashes. I adjusted the down and up limit and nothing changed. I disconnected the door and the chain still reverses when almost all the way down.

I double checked the sensors and they stay solid beam the entire time, nothing changes with them.

I have ruled out the door entirely because it reverses with the door disconnected..

What are your thoughts??

Welcome to the forums! Do you have proper adjustment on the limit switch at the door end of the rail?

There is not one.. All is controlled electronic on the opener. Basically the limit is determined by how many rpms the sprocket turns.
