Garage door opening and closing issues
Mid this year I had garage door replaced but not the opener.
Since it started becoming colder I have had these issues.
To get garage door to open I have to release the hook pin then it will start its up with garage door button
To get it to close I have to hold the garage door button.
This makes me think it's a calibration issue. But unsure.
I don't know what I have to do to fix this issue. Worked until it got colder.
And sensors seem to be free and clear. Working good

"To get garage door to open I have to release the hook pin then it will start its up with garage door button." What is the "hook pin"? Are you pulling the release, unhooking the garage door from the opener? Does the door open under spring tension alone?

Yes the release Just didn't know proper name. When I do that it will go up.
I have not tried to do it by hand. Only with opener.
If it is closed it will not open. But once I release it I can get it to the opener to start going back and get it to hook the opener on the way up.
