Garage door seal crumbling
The bottom garage door rubber seal I have on now is about 3 1/2 years old.
The corner end of the bottom rubber strip is rubbing against the garage door wood frame (you can see the wear marks on the wood in the attached picture)
I'm planning on getting the seal replaced.
I tested installing a piece of slick sheet metal which would give it a smoother surface to go over, but that hasn't seem to make much of a difference.
Can anyone recommend anything to avoid this rubbing and deterioration going forward with a new piece?
Thank you

Your gonna get a rub with "Dutch corners"it always does, if you fill the new rubber weather seal with something to make it rigid it might help it go bye. You can also put some "slick it"on the wood, it's made for wood doors https://www.northshorecommercialdoor...litgadolu.html
