Hey guys, I was putting in some shrubs next to my driveway, and wouldn't you know it, I hit a cable and severed it. I had originally voiced a concern because the area we were digging was between a brick wall and my driveway, and conveniently located on one end of the dirt strip is my electrical meter. I had mentioned to my father in law that it made sense to me that lines would be buried here, but I was told that, if there were, there is no way they'd been in the 12 inches I'd need to dig. So, voila, in the second hole away from the meter's location, I cut through this cable. It was about 4-6 inches down. Attached is the picture. All my power and cable are working fine, so I have no idea what I cut. It may have even been scrap wire from the construction. Any experts on here that may be able to tell me what the heck I damaged (if anything?). Thanks![ATTACH]81779[/ATTACH]

All the guides say to measure psi and gpm. But afterwards, they only say the gpm affects multiple sprinklers. Say a sprinkler runs 1gpm at 35psi and you have available supply of 5gpm, then you can run 5 sprinklers. However, won't the pressure reduce when you add more sprinklers? Also read something saying there was a maximum safe gph for each type of pipe. Surely the pipe can handle any flow? It's the pressure that would make leaks?
