Cut those weed tree?
They are all very big and pushing against the fence, should I cut them. How old and what type of tree they are?

They look like some of my big Oaks. Good for tons of leaves in the fall.
You could consider removing them but I can see a big job there along with big bucks. You'd need to start from the top done.

I like trees, and hate to see them come down, but, seeing what looks like adjoining commercial properties I think I would opt for the fence over the trees in this case, and they're going to wreck it before long so probably best to take them out.

Trunks are damaged. Only a matter of time before they fall and do a lot of damage. Take them out now.
