Plant ID

We have a perennial garden with an area of Cleome fronted by Coneflowers. This year the Cleome is doing great but the Coneflowers did not return. Instead this creeping vine is taking over the area. I'm about to rip it out but I would like to know what it is first.

I'm in zone 6A.

Yep sir ree bindweed. Pull it up (and keep pulling, and pulling, and pulling). It took us 5 years to get rid of ours.
